Job Title: Supply Chain Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our supply chain, ensuring timely delivery of products to customers.

This role is responsible for managing inventory levels across multiple channels and locations, liaising with suppliers and 3PL partners to coordinate production, replenishment, and dispatch. The successful candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to track and manage delivery timelines, troubleshoot delays, and keep stakeholders informed.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce, with proven experience managing inventory and liaising with suppliers/manufacturers. Strong skills in Shopify, Excel, and inventory management systems (Unleashed preferable, Cin7 or NetSuite) are essential. A calm and solutions-focused approach to problem-solving, as well as the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment, are also required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day supply chain operations, including purchase orders received and delivery
  • Liaise with suppliers and 3PL partners to coordinate production, replenishment, and dispatch
  • Oversee inventory levels across multiple channels and locations, ensuring stock accuracy and optimal levels
  • Track and manage delivery timelines, troubleshoot delays, and keep stakeholders informed
  • Monitor and improve operational processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs
Requirements:
  • 3+ years' experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce
  • Proven experience managing inventory and liaising with suppliers/manufacturers
  • Strong skills in Shopify, Excel, and inventory management systems (Unleashed preferable, Cin7 or NetSuite)
  • Calm, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving
