Overview

Food Services Team Leader sought to oversee the Food Services Department reporting to the Catering Manager. This role requires enthusiasm, proven management experience, a commitment to patient care and customer service.

  • Provide leadership and direction to the team to support the hospital's strategic direction, operational processes, budget and business objectives
Work Schedule

This role is either Monday to Friday 6am to 2pm or 12pm to 8pm.

We're looking for
  • Experience in a supervisory/leadership role within a kitchen, healthcare facility or hotel
  • Leadership capability to develop staff in delivering exceptional service
  • Commitment to quality improvement
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage rosters, staffing and supervision of staff
  • Handle inquiries and resolve complaints
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in an organized manner
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Experience as a hospitality supervisor is advantageous
About Us

Lady Davidson Private Hospital is one of the largest private dedicated rehabilitation hospitals in Australia. It is an ACHS-accredited 115-bed rehabilitation facility in North Turramurra, focused on delivering patient care. Specialties include orthopaedics, cancer/oncology and neuro-spinal rehabilitation, with both inpatient and day programs.

Requirements

Applicants may be required to provide a current National Police check (≤12 months) and a NSW Working with Children's Check prior to appointment. Because this role includes patient contact, proof of immunity to specified infectious diseases prior to commencement may be required.
