Overview

Food Services Team Leader role at Healthscope, North Turramurra.

Location: North Turramurra, NSW. Free onsite parking available.

Responsibilities
  • Staff management
  • Resource allocation
  • Ordering/procurement
  • Food safety
  • Quality and functional supervision
  • Provide leadership and direction to the team to complement the hospital\'s strategic direction, operational processes, budget and business direction

This role is Monday to Friday, available shifts include 6am–2pm or 12pm–8pm.

We're looking for…
  • Experience in a supervisory/leadership role within a kitchen, healthcare facility, or hotel
  • Leadership capability to develop staff in delivering exceptional service
  • Commitment towards quality improvement
  • Interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Roster management, staffing and supervision of staff
  • Handle enquiries and resolve complaints
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in an organized manner
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Experience as a hospitality supervisor is advantageous
About Us

Lady Davidson Private Hospital is one of the largest private dedicated rehabilitation hospitals in Australia. As an ACHS accredited 115-bed rehabilitation facility based in North Turramurra, you will be working in a team passionate about delivering patient care. We specialise in orthopaedics, cancer/oncology and neuro-spinal rehabilitation, providing both inpatient and day programs.

Applicants will be required to provide a current (12 months or less) National Police check and a NSW Working with Children\'s Check prior to appointment. As this role includes patient contact you will be required to provide proof of immunity to specified infectious diseases prior to commencement.

Casual to commence minimum of 35hrs @ $38.93 per hour, Monday – Friday.
