Cyber Security Program Manager - Melbourne - 12 month Fixed Term
$200,000 (including Super) + Benefits | Permanent | Hybrid (3 days office)

We're seeking an experienced Cyber Security Program Manager to join a leading Australian organisation where your work will have meaningful impact protecting critical operations and the communities they serve.

The Role:
  • Oversee and coordinate a large, complex portfolio of concurrent cybersecurity projects across mission-critical environments
  • Hit the ground running providing program leadership on priority security initiatives from day one
  • Partner with highly experienced project delivery teams in a 24/7 operational environment
  • Orchestrate security transformations that protect essential services through effective program management
  • Coordinate vendor relationships and guide project managers across multiple workstreams
  • Ensure successful program delivery where reliability matters
What You'll Bring:
  • 7+ years cybersecurity program management experience
  • Strong cybersecurity experience with technical depth
  • Proven ability to work with very experienced stakeholders
  • Strong program delivery track record in complex, regulated environments
  • Collaborative approach with excellent communication skills
  • Proactive initiative-taking and problem-solving abilities
