The Role

We're looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O) Functional Specialist to deliver an exceptional ERP implementation and support projects. Working with senior stakeholders, you'll help shape business processes, lead design decisions, and ensure successful implementation from discovery through to delivery.

  • Lead D365 F&O solution design and contribute to key architectural decisions
  • Manage the end-to-end solution lifecycle: design, development oversight, validation, and testing
  • Translate business needs into scalable and actionable solutions aligned with best practices
  • Engage in requirements analysis and business process mapping to drive efficiency and optimisation
  • Develop testing strategies, execute test plans, and troubleshoot solutions
  • Train client teams and prepare training materials tailored to solution design
  • Provide expert-level support and resolve issues within D365 FO applications

You

To thrive in this role, you'll bring strong expertise in D365 F&O, analytical thinking, and excellent stakeholder engagement. You possess a passion for designing and optimising finance solutions that achieve meaningful, measurable outcomes.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant industry certifications (finance-related qualifications a plus)
  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, particularly finance modules
  • Deep knowledge of core finance modules: GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, project accounting, and bank processes
  • Experience delivering full-cycle D365 F&O implementations
  • Strong background in business analysis or functional consulting within ERP environments
  • Ability to analyse complex business requirements and deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working alongside senior leaders
