Store Workers (MHE) – Level 3 Classification

2x on Dayshift |2x on Afternoon Shift

Permanent, Full-Time Roles

We're looking for motivated and safety-conscious Store Workers to join our team at the Hanes Truganina Distribution Centre. These roles involve rotating through key warehouse functions, contributing to the smooth operation of our national supply chain.

Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, you'll support day-to-day activities across the Distribution Centre, with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and efficiency.

What experience/skills do I have?

We're seeking team players who thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring a positive, can-do attitude. To be considered, you must hold a current LF (Forklift) and/or LO (Order Picker) licence. To be successful in these roles, applicants will need to have demonstrated the following criteria while working at the Hanes Truganina Distribution Centre:

    • Strong commitment to Quality and excellent attention to detail;
    • Strong commitment to Safety;
    • Good team work, people and communication skills (written & verbal);
    • Able to use own initiative as well as following instructions;
    • Ability to follow priorities to get the job done;
    • Sound troubleshooting skills;
    • Good general computer literacy; and,
    • Ability to meet physical requirements of the role.

Along with consideration of the above, we will also assess candidates in areas such as KPI's, attendance and alignment to Hanes Values.
