Education: College/CEGEP.
Tasks: Direct and control daily operations .
Evaluate daily operations .
Manage staff and assign duties.
Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors' operations on sales.
Implement price and credits policies.
Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses.
Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages.
Conduct performance reviews.
Supervision: 3-4 people.
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years.Location Victoria , BC V8X 1R1
Work location On site
Salary $ 41.00 to $ 45.00 HOUR hourly (To be negotiated) / 30 to 40 hours per week
