About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly organised team player to join our Customer Service department. Your strong interpersonal skills will assist you to build relationships with new and existing customers as well as key internal contacts. The main purpose of the role is to provide exceptional customer support, processing orders accurately and in a timely manner, following up delivery enquiries, and responding to email and phone queries. This is a fast-paced environment, so we need someone with strong attention to detail.

Other responsibilities:

• Customer relationship management
• Responding to all customer enquiries in a timely manner
• Issue resolution and problem solving
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiates

About you

• Demonstrated experience within a similar role i.e., Customer Service , hospitality.
• Must have experience in SAP or M3 systems with good computer skills in MS Suite
• Excellent communication skills and high-level attention to detail
• Ability to work autonomously whilst collaborating within a team
• Solid work ethics and key contributor

Our Docklands office is the hub for our corporate functions within the Bega Group.
