Manage the assigned category to deliver growth, margin, and product availability, while aligning with regional market and channel requirements
Define and monitor category KPIs in collaboration with stakeholders, covering areas such as demand planning, target pricing, and product marketing
Oversee new product introductions and retirements, working with sales, supply chain, and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution
Drive brand harmonisation strategies across assigned categories, enhancing awareness of the Emotive brand and product portfolio
Provide technical insights on product performance and cost/price analysis to inform decision-making and strategy execution
Collaborate closely with category management operations to interpret category data, identify opportunities, and deliver optimal outcomes
Skills and ExperienceExperience in product or category management, ideally within the automotive aftermarket industry
Proven track record in driving category growth and improving profitability
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders
Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable working within a fast-paced, matrix organisation
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Skilled in translating technical product requirements into actionable commercial insights
Experience managing product lifecycles, including new launches and end-of-life processes
