Blackmores Group operates in 12 markets, with headquarters in Sydney, an international manufacturing facility in Braeside, Victoria, and additional offices across Asia. This position reports into the ANZ Sales and New Business Director.

Overview

We are looking for a strategic leader to develop and implement through your team the pharmacy channel strategy for Australia for the Blackmores and BioCeuticals brands. This role requires a Senior Sales leadership background with the ability to build strong partnerships and drive growth.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Pharmacy Channel Strategy, flowing from overall strategy to achieve sales targets and household penetration.
  • Lead Joint Business Plans for priority customers to drive growth.
  • Coach and develop the team to build capability in line with business priorities and individual careers.
  • Sales Growth Drive sales initiatives, promotions, and marketing campaigns to increase product visibility and demand.
  • Performance Analysis Monitor and analyse sales performance data, market trends, and competitive activity.
  • Account Management Build and maintain relationships with senior executives at key customers.
  • Price Pack Architecture Collaborate with Category teams to meet pharmacy channel needs, including new tailored products.
  • Forecasting and P&L ownership for the Pharmacy channel.
  • Champion engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion initiatives reflecting Blackmores' values and purpose.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in a Head of Channel or Senior Sales leadership role.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with customers and key stakeholders to enable strategic partnerships.
  • Experience engaging, coaching, and influencing at a senior leadership level across organizational boundaries.
  • Creative, high-performing leadership style; resilient and comfortable operating in ambiguity.
  • Degree in Business, Economics, Commerce, or similar.
