Overview

RIEDEL Communications is the leading provider of live production tools in the media, sports and entertainment sectors. Its Managed Technology division rents out audio, video, IT and communication solutions for international live events, offering services from project planning to on-site implementation. The company works on events including festivals, sports, and large-scale productions, ensuring high-quality guest experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Organising, loading and unloading inventory in the warehouse
  • Packaging products for safe and secure transport to customers
  • Reviewing delivery notes and shipping documents to ensure accuracy
  • Communicating between Sales, Project Management and the Warehouse
  • Performing inventory counts
  • Liaise with transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments
  • Ensuring that distribution and shipment deadlines are met
  • Following existing processes and procedures
  • Ensuring that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards
  • Performing general duties as directed by the Warehouse & Logistics Manager
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a warehouse environment highly favoured
  • Previous experience in an equipment rental or the events industry desirable
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Full proficiency in English, spoken and written
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
  • Basic administration skills
  • Experience in, or the ability to quickly learn, business enterprise software systems
  • Australian Drivers Licence required
