RIEDEL Communications is the leading provider of live production tools in the media, sports, and entertainment sectors. To cover our customers' needs holistically, we are divided into three business units: Product Division, Managed Technology, and Riedel Networks.

Our Managed Technology division rents out our audio, video, IT, and communication solutions for international live events and offers comprehensive services from project planning to on-site implementation. These events include festivals like Rock am Ring, sporting events such as Formula 1 and the Super Bowl, and ensuring all guests have a thrilling experience.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the Warehouse & Logistics Manager, you will facilitate communication between Project Management, Sales, and the Warehouse to promote efficient logistics processes.

  • Organize, load, and unload inventory in the warehouse
  • Package products for safe transport to customers
  • Review delivery notes and shipping documents for accuracy
  • Communicate between Sales, Project Management, and the Warehouse
  • Perform inventory counts
  • Liaise with transportation providers to ensure prompt movement of shipments
  • Ensure distribution and shipment deadlines are met
  • Follow existing processes and procedures
  • Maintain quality standards of all services provided
  • Perform general duties as directed by the Warehouse & Logistics Manager

THAT'S YOU

  • Previous experience in a warehouse environment is highly favored
  • Experience in equipment rental or the events industry is desirable
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Proficiency in English, spoken and written
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Friendly, helpful, confident, and engaging personality
  • Basic administrative skills
  • Ability to learn business enterprise software systems quickly
  • Australian Driver's License is required
