Solar Sales Consultant - In Home - High Pay

We are seeking a high-performing Solar Sales Consultant to join our team at EFS Solar, a residential solar company operating across NSW, QLD, New Zealand, and NT. Our goal is to help Australians reduce their electricity bills through reliable advice and excellent service, managing everything from inquiry to after-installation support.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-home assessments to understand customer needs and design appropriate solar systems.
  • Follow up with potential customers to close sales.
  • Utilize your network for referrals and benefit from our referral rewards program.
What We Offer
  • Two to three qualified appointments daily, including optional Saturday work and peak period increases.
  • Comprehensive training on sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Fast commission turnaround via our in-house installation team.
  • Opportunity to earn an OTE of $150k+ through commissions, incentives, and referrals.
Requirements
  • Previous face-to-face sales experience, preferably in solar.
  • Current driver's license and reliable vehicle.
  • Laptop and mobile phone for appointments.
  • Open-mindedness to new sales techniques and eagerness to learn.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a drive to close deals.
