We're PC Locs / LocknCharge – a leader in technology that helps schools, businesses, and governments manage mobile devices more efficiently. Our CORE product range (carts, stations, and cabinets) is used by thousands of organisations across Australia, NZ, the US, UK, Europe, and Asia.

With HQ in Perth, we're investing in our next phase of growth. We're looking for a Global Marketing Manager to take the reins on our CORE product marketing strategy.

The Role

Reporting to our Sales & Marketing Director (based in Perth), this role owns global marketing for our CORE product line. You'll drive campaigns, support regional sales teams, and work across marketing, sales, product, and channel partners to deliver impact.

This is a hands-on, commercially minded marketing role for someone who knows how to execute and get results.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing the global marketing strategy for the CORE product category.
  • Creating and delivering content, campaigns, product messaging, and go-to-market assets.
  • Supporting global sales teams (APAC, NA, EU) with effective enablement tools.
  • Working with distributors and resellers to maximise reach and sales.
  • Maintaining and improving marketing collateral – print, video, case studies, web content.
  • Measuring campaign performance using HubSpot, Salesforce, and web analytics tools.
  • Supporting local and international trade shows, webinars, events, and product launches.
  • Managing your own budget, priorities, and project flow.

About You

We're after someone sharp, confident, and efficient. You don't need micromanagement – you need a clear brief, the right tools, and the space to execute. You understand that great marketing is a sales enabler – not fluff.

You'll bring:

  • 4+ years in a B2B marketing role – ideally in tech, hardware, or channel environments.
  • Proven campaign delivery experience that generates real demand.
  • Strong understanding of channel and reseller marketing.
  • Excellent copywriting and comms skills – with an eye for content that cuts through.
  • Experience using HubSpot, Salesforce, and Microsoft 365.
  • Ability to manage multiple global stakeholders and adapt messages to local markets.
  • High levels of ownership, accountability, and commercial awareness.
  • Bonus: Understanding of the K–12 education market.
