Site Manager

What's on offer? Located in the South East suburbs this is an awesome opportunity for a passionate and driven Construction Site Manager that wants to take their career to the next level. As a Site Manager in the Medium Density team you will deliver the dream of home ownership by managing the construction of town houses in order to ensure the houses built are of a high quality workmanship and in accordance with the National Construction Code. Responsibilities include: * Daily site inspections * Maintain a high standard of paperwork * Facilitate onsite meetings * Report on job progress, status, costs and future programs * Develop and maintain service provided by trades and suppliers * Report inefficiencies * Ensure quality construction standards are met * Identify opportunities for reducing waste, extras and minimising errors * Promote and maintain safe work protocols at all times * Promote good work practises and quality control outcomes within trade base What can you bring? You will be an experienced Site Manager, Supervisor or Leading Hand who has a proven ability in interpreting building plans, engineers reports and specifications. You will also have: * Passion and enthusiasm about working in the building industry * Diploma in Building and Construction or equivalent qualification * IT Savvy, having used Microsoft suite and other programs * A demonstrated trade base and an ability to further develop professional relationships * Relentless when faced with targets and conflicting deadlines * Excellent listening skills Who are we?
