Project Management Professional

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Project Management Professional to oversee complex remedial construction projects. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage crews on-site.

The ideal candidate will possess a high level of technical understanding of concrete and steel repair methods, coatings, and temporary works. They will also have experience in delivering complex works on active construction or industrial sites.

We are looking for someone who can champion continuous improvement, foster a high-performing site culture, and promote a strong safety-first culture.

About the Role:

  • Lead and manage crews on-site to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery
  • Oversee subcontractors and maintain effective communication between the project team and site workforce
  • Promote and enforce a strong safety-first culture, ensuring compliance with WHS requirements
  • Monitor project progress and proactively address any issues affecting timelines or budgets

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate site activities and allocate resources to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery
  • Champion continuous improvement and foster a high-performing site culture
  • Assist in the planning and setup of temporary works, including scaffolding, containment, and access systems

Qualifications:

  • 5–10 years of supervisory experience in the construction or remediation industry
  • Proven capability in delivering complex works on active construction or industrial sites
  • Strong leadership and team management skills – able to motivate and drive performance
  • A high level of accountability and financial awareness, with experience tracking productivity and costs
