The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and performance-driven Area Manager to lead our service delivery across the Cairns region. This role involves managing multiple client sites, leading frontline teams, ensuring service excellence, and identifying opportunities to grow the portfolio and regional presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and support a team of cleaners across multiple sites
  • Coordinate rosters, training, and performance management
  • Ensure all work is completed to high standards and client requirements
  • Maintain WHS compliance and site reporting
  • Build strong communication with a culturally diverse team
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in team leadership or site management (cleaning, facilities, or related industry preferred)
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to engage and motivate a multicultural workforce
  • Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as required
