Overview

Wave International is seeking a talented and commercially astute Project Manager to join our team and lead the management of a diverse portfolio of projects. As a Project Manager at Wave, you will drive the success of projects, ensure seamless coordination, and deliver exceptional results for our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with project and design teams, applying substantial project management experience to solve client problems from feasibility to commissioning.
  • Lead a project engineering team to deliver multi-disciplinary projects on time and to budget.
  • Initiate and build relationships with peers and clients to foster growth and expand project portfolios.
  • Apply creative problem-solving to overcome challenges and obstacles.
  • Balance technical ability with consulting and managerial skills.
  • Self-manage and forecast workload; manage multiple project scopes simultaneously.
  • Develop technical documentation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • 8+ years in project delivery within engineering design or brownfields infrastructure.
  • Understanding and application of project governance principles and commercial awareness.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in hard rock mining, gold, or resources is a significant advantage.
