ABOUT US

Cricket NSW (CNSW) is focused on leading and growing the game throughout the state. We oversee all cricket from elite professional teams to community, school, and social cricket programs. As a purpose and people led organisation, CNSW aims to inspire everyone to play and love cricket.

Our Wildly Important Goal (WIG) is to grow the number of 5-12-year-olds playing cricket. To deliver on our WIG and strategic priorities we have a collaborative, customer-centric approach. We use our values; Humility, Excellence, Imagination and Relationships to deliver memorable experiences to participants and fans.

ABOUT THE ROLE

· Lead and administer all aspects of the Metro Youth Championships (MYC) to deliver world-class junior representative competitions

· Lead and deliver the execution of Cricket NSW-delivered community competitions

· Create exceptional experiences for participants, parents, supporters and volunteers

ABOUT YOU

· Previous experience in competition administration

· Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to deliver clear outcomes and results

· Strong problem solving skills
