CELOTTI WORKFORCE is seeking a driven and hands-on Project Manager to lead civil and remediation works across mining, defence and industrial projects based in Darwin, NT.

Join a nationally recognised contractor delivering complex remediation, refurbishment and upgrade projects across the Northern Territory and beyond. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact infrastructure across multiple sectors, with regular site travel required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of remediation, upgrade and infrastructure projects.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, direct labour, and site activities to ensure safe, timely and cost-effective outcomes.
  • Maintain strong focus on HSEQ compliance across all stages of project delivery.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants and internal stakeholders to ensure milestones and quality standards are met.
  • Monitor budgets, schedules, and procurement activities.
  • Prepare and manage project documentation including ITPs, SWMS, RFIs and progress reports.
  • Lead project meetings, reporting and forecasting requirements.
  • Support tender preparation and estimation activities.

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in project delivery within mining, construction or industrial services environments.
  • Background in roles such as Project Engineer, Site Supervisor or Mining Superintendent looking to step up.
  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to build rapport across teams and clients.
  • Demonstrated understanding of HSEQ frameworks and project governance.
  • Commercial awareness with solid planning, cost control and documentation skills.
  • White Card and valid Driver's Licence essential.
  • Ability to obtain Police Clearance for Defence project access.
