Overview

This is an Australian division of a global company known for strong employee focus. The role is based on-site at our client site, with occasional remote work and possible after-hours activities.

Responsibilities
  • Desktop PC & Laptop hardware installation, setup and configuration, problem diagnosis and resolution.
  • Support of MS Teams meeting room equipment.
  • General IT troubleshooting and on-site assistance.
  • Manage incidents, knowledge base articles, tasks and assets within the IT Service Management tool to a high standard and within SLAs.
  • Maintain tidy stock, computer and communications rooms; manage E-waste.
  • Facilitate user training sessions.
  • Assist with project work and planned activities.
  • Occasional participation in after hours/weekend support and deployment activities as required.
Skills and experience

Ideally qualified in an IT-related discipline with experience supporting IT technologies including PC & Laptop hardware, Windows 11, Outlook, MS Teams, MS Office, and a basic understanding of networking. Attention to detail, problem-solving, planning and prioritisation, and strong customer service are essential. A driver's license is a must, as you may need to attend other sites. Excellent communication and reliable attendance are critical.
