We provide the framework for fair and productive relationships between employers and employees. The role provides feedback from community to the Queensland State Office to improve cultural responsiveness at a local level. Travel, including overnight trips, will be required.

This work can be challenging but rewarding and suits people who are resilient, innovative, and want to make a difference in our communities.

  • Leading and contributing to Queensland State Office Closing the Gap initiatives with staff, providers and stakeholders to achieve outcomes for First Nations peoples.
  • Developing a directory of First Nations stakeholders across Queensland to engage in State Office activities.
  • Understanding the dispersed caseload across Queensland to target activity to areas of greatest need.
