Aboriginal Health Professional Opportunity

We are seeking an Aboriginal Health Professional to join our team. As a member of the Cultural Assessment and Liaison Team, you will be responsible for delivering culturally sensitive mental health care services to Indigenous clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality, client-centered care to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander individuals
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
• Provide education and support to clients and their families on mental health issues and self-care strategies
• Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations and stakeholders to enhance service delivery
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure best practices in care delivery
Requirements
• Certificate IV in Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Primary Health Care or equivalent qualification
• Diploma of Mental Health or relevant experience in a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
