About the role

  • Managing and supporting programming of the centre
  • Supporting centres to ensure that Quality Educational programs are delivered
  • Preparing centres for Assessment and Rating
  • Helping with the Self-Assessment
  • Supporting NS to ensure the centre is compliant at all times and runs within the National Regulations and the National Law
  • Motivating, training, and leading the centre team
  • Developing the strategic plan for the centre
  • Helping in reviewing and implementing policies and procedures in the centre
  • Developing the training schedule for the centre
  • Liaising with families and the community

Skills and experience

  • Strong Written and Communication Skills
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an ECT
  • Strong understanding of Child Protection
  • Strong understanding of National Law and National Regulations
  • Ability to train and develop teams
  • Degree in Early Childhood Education
  • Comprehensive understanding of the National Law and Regulations
  • Understanding of Child Protection and mandatory reporting requirements
  • Current First Aid, CPR, and Child Protection Training certifications
  • Working With Children Check clearance
  • Full Driver's Licence
  • Full Working Rights in Australia
