Overview

We are looking for casual Bus Drivers to join our team at the Penrith depot. If you hold a Medium Rigid (MR) licence or above and enjoy driving while serving your community, this is a role where you can deliver a great customer experience.

About the Role

We currently have multiple positions available for casual Bus Drivers at our Penrith depot. We are seeking passionate people who enjoy driving and want to serve their community while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Pay
  • $43.59 per hour Weekday (shift loadings 15%–100% depending on times of operation)
  • $60.36 (Sat), $80.48 (Sun), $100.60 (PH)
  • $19.95 attendance allowance paid daily
Eligibility to Apply
  • A current and valid Medium Rigid or above driver's licence
  • A good driving history
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Willing to undergo a pre-employment medical, criminal history check and working with children check
  • Have a current NSW Driver Authority is highly desired (or be willing to obtain one)
Additional Information

Suitable applicants who do not have the required licence and Authority may be considered for paid induction and mentor training, with assistance to attend a Driver Authority Course.

Hours of Work

Drivers must be willing and flexible to work various shifts, including weekends, early mornings and late nights. Many full-time shifts are split shifts to cover peak service times. Some straight shifts may be available with varied start times. All depots operate seven days per week with Sunday and public holiday shifts being voluntary overtime.
