SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

As aRecruitment Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our workforce by implementing innovative recruitment strategies and delivering an exceptional hiring experience.

In this role, you will ensure that top talent is sourced, engaged, and hired efficiently. Your expertise will help shape a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers, contributing to the growth and success of our team.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
  • Partnerwith business leaders and key stakeholders to understand workforce needs
  • Identify and buildstrong talent pools for current and future business needs
  • Develop & executecreative sourcing strategies to attract top talent
  • Enhance and promoteemployer branding through social media, career expos and community engagement
  • Delivera seamless, positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers
  • Managethe end-to-end recruitment process for both Blue Collar and White Collar roles
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
  • Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or a similar role (Internal recruitment highly preferable)
  • Heavy Lifting knowledge highly desirable but not mandatory
  • A proactive and innovative approach to souring and hiring
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative and a strategic mindset
  • A passion for developing and enforcing employer branding
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience with systems such as; Seek.com, LinkedIn Recruiter, ICIMS etc. (Desirable)
