About the Role:
We're seeking a talented and driven IT Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team in Perth. With a thriving market and a surge in opportunities, this is an exciting time to join our team.
As an IT Recruitment Consultant, you'll play a key role in finding top talent for our clients and driving business growth.
As an IT Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for:
- Finding and attracting top IT candidates using a range of strategies, including database searching, job boards, LinkedIn, and headhunting techniques
- Building strong relationships with candidates, understanding their skills and experience, and presenting qualified CVs to clients
- Coordinating interviews, providing feedback, and maintaining complete records within our database
- Working autonomously, with a highly competitive spirit and a desire to achieve and exceed goals in a fast-paced, delivery-driven environment
- Previous experience in recruitment, sales, and/or customer service
- Previous IT recruitment experience is highly desirable
- A passion for IT and a willingness to keep up with the latest technology trends
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and clients
- Ability to work unsupervised and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to a collaborative culture
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of recruitment software and databases
- Certification in recruitment or a related field (e.g. CHRP, RPSL)
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g. Business, Marketing, Human Resources)
