Selection Criteria
  • Demonstrated and proven ability to provide excellent customer service.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain a professional and confidential attitude at all times.
  • Demonstrated advanced administrative and clerical skills including data accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multi-task and problem solve in a high acuity area.
  • Ability to work well in a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Ability to work a 24 hour rotating roster.
