Your Role:

As ourPricing Manager, you'll be at the heart of shaping and executing pricing strategies that directly influence Lincoln Sentry's growth. You'll collaborate across sales, category, and finance teams to optimise pricing models, reduce leakage, and enhance margin performance.

If you are a strategic thinker with a passion for pricing, analytics, and commercial impact and thrive on turning complex data into actionable insights then you will have a great impact in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Co-create and implement pricing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Lead pricing transformation initiatives and governance frameworks.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor pricing, and customer segments.
  • Identify and address pricing leakages and margin opportunities.
  • Deliver pricing education and tools to empower the business.
  • Leverage systems and analytics to drive transparency and smarter decisions.

What You Bring:

  • A degree in Commerce, Economics, or CFA qualification
  • Strong financial acumen and P&L literacy
  • Advanced Excel and Power BI skills; SAP and Business Warehouse experience a plus
  • A knack for simplifying complex data and influencing non-finance stakeholders
  • A passion for pricing, process improvement, and commercial impact
  • Experience in a retail environment would be great
