Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Transfer Pricing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our transfer pricing practice, you will be responsible for managing client portfolios, developing relationships, and overseeing junior staff. You will work closely with multinational clients to design and implement transfer pricing strategies, including complex financing transactions.

The successful candidate will have strong compliance and advisory skills, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in transfer pricing. They will be able to lead teams and manage multiple deadlines, with comprehensive knowledge of international and Australian transfer pricing regulations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing compliance requirements for various clients ensuring timely delivery
  • Designing and implementing transfer pricing strategies, including complex financing transactions
  • Collaborating with clients on operational transfer pricing processes
  • Managing administrative tasks, including billings and risk management
  • Guiding junior team members, supporting growth and maintaining workflow
  • Developing strong client relationships
  • Proactively identifying advisory opportunities and supporting clients on complex matters
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:

  • Minimum 4 years of transfer pricing experience in a global firm or multinational organisation
  • Ability to lead teams and manage multiple deadlines
  • Comprehensive knowledge of international and Australian transfer pricing regulations
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and CA/CPA
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an enquiring mindset
  • Ability to develop and sustain client relationships
  • A team player who can work autonomously
