Overview

We deliver cleaning and property care services across Greater Melbourne with a focus on safety, SLA compliance and consistent quality.

We're hiring an ICT Business Analyst to streamline operations and reporting across rostering, field operations and finance. You'll map processes, define functional specs, coordinate cloud implementations and integrations, and drive adoption with bilingual (EN/ES) documentation and training.

Responsibilities
  • Map as-is / to-be processes (rostering, jobs, payroll inputs, invoicing) and capture business/functional requirements.
  • Produce functional specs, user stories and process/data models with acceptance criteria.
  • Coordinate configuration and implementation across Deputy (rostering), Breezeway (operations), Squarespace (lead intake), Xero (finance).
  • Manage integrations (Deputy → Xero payroll inputs; Breezeway workflows); document and test integrations.
  • Plan and run UAT, manage defects, support go-live and continuous improvement.
  • Create bilingual (EN/ES) user guides/SOPs and deliver training to field and office staff.
  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards (labour utilisation, on-time attendance, SLA completion, incident rates, AR ageing) with data-quality checks.
Required qualifications & skills
  • Professional proficiency in English and Spanish (workshops, SOPs and training). The role is open to all qualified applicants.
  • 3+ years in Business Analysis/ICT delivering cloud software implementations end-to-end (requirements, configuration, integrations, data migration, UAT, training, go-live).
  • Hands-on experience with Deputy, Xero and Power BI (or similar).
  • Strong stakeholder management, documentation discipline and KPI mindset.
Nice to have
  • Experience with Breezeway (or similar ops platforms), Squarespace/website lead capture, APIs/webhooks or no-code tools (Zapier/Make).
  • Data validation/reconciliation and privacy/consent controls.
