Our dynamic Client Service team is the friendly and knowledgeable first point of contact for our clients. They are dedicated to supporting customers of our retail bank primarily through phone communication.

What role will you play?

As a Client Service Consultant, you will understand our clients' needs regarding their financial products and services. You will ask insightful questions and provide solutions via phone, with opportunities to handle live chat as your role progresses. You will also identify and escalate issues to supervisors and support teams, and suggest improvements to our best practice guides.

What you offer
  • Experience in a contact centre environment, managing high-volume phone communication
  • Critical thinking skills to resolve complex client issues and advise on our products and services
  • Excellent customer service skills, empathetic and timely problem resolution
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while meeting targets
  • Strong communication skills with high accuracy and typing proficiency
  • Pride in supporting clients and following contact centre processes and guidelines
