Our dynamic Client Service team are the friendly and knowledgeable first point of contact for our clients. They are dedicated to supporting customers of our retail bank predominantly through phone call communication. You'll be part of a friendly and supportive team where everyone contributes ideas and drives outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Understand our clients' needs regarding their financial products and services.
  • Ask insightful questions and provide effective solutions to customers by phone, with the opportunity to take on live chat as the role progresses.
  • Identify and escalate issues to supervisors and contribute to improving best practice guides.
  • Direct queries to the appropriate support teams.
What You Offer
  • Experience within a contact centre environment, handling a high volume of phone-based communication.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking to navigate and resolve multifaceted client issues and provide product/service advice.
  • Deliver excellent customer service with empathy and timely query resolution.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while being mindful of targets.
  • Exceptional communication with a high level of accuracy and typing skills.
  • Practical approach to supporting and resolving client needs while adhering to contact centre processes and guidelines.
