Location: Liverpool
Salary Package: $80k - $100k + Super + Onsite parking
Role Highlights: A well-established national logistics business is expanding rapidly and looking for an experienced high-volume blue-collar Recruitment Coordinator to join its high-performing team.


Role Overview

Reporting into the Senior HR Manager, this role will see you maintaining and managing the recruitment process for a dynamic and complex company, across several different business entities, a mix of EAs and awards, and a large casual workforce. A typical day in this layered role will see you drafting advertisements, screening and interviewing candidates, onboarding new team members.


This long-term position will give you the opportunity to add major value to the growth of a leader in its field. With operations across multiple sites, you will play an imperative role for the growth of the company.


Responsibilities
  • Identify and recruit candidates that fit the specific needs of each site and roles required, e.g.: truck drivers
  • Conduct initial phone interviews to understand candidates' skills, experience, and career aspirations
  • Arrange pre-employment medicals, police checks, undertake licence checks ensuring all administrative tasks and compliance requirements are met for candidates to be work-ready
  • Coordinate induction process
  • Respond to candidate enquiries and maintain strong relationships with all applicants
  • Draft and post advertisements across a range of media e.g.: Seek
  • Manage applications and roles through the company's ATS.
  • Provide weekly updates of role/s progress
  • Assist your team with training & development coordination and general administrative duties

Candidate Profile

You have experience in a similar role within recruitment, with a proven track record of delivering results. You bring experience hiring across blue collar roles, including trades, labourers, and transport/drivers, with occasional involvement in white collar positions.


You possess strong professional communication and relationship-building skills, along with a keen eye for detail and excellent personal presentation. As a collaborative team player, you thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments, effectively managing deadlines and prioritising tasks. Your approach is fun, energetic, and hard-working. An understanding of various employment awards would be advantageous, as would general exposure to HR practices.
