Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Senior Municipal Architect for an on-site role located in Greater Cleveland. The Senior Municipal Architect will be responsible for designing and overseeing architectural projects, ensuring integration with municipal systems, managing project timelines and budgets, and collaborating with team members across various departments. This role requires a strong ability to manage project workflows, coordinate with stakeholders, and deliver high-quality architectural solutions that meet municipal standards.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Architecture and Architectural Design
  • Skills in Project Management and managing project timelines
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
  • Proven track record of working on construction building projects
  • Ideal Candidate will be resourceful and inquisitive, able to multi-task, passion for great architecture, can foster long-term client relationships via service, will tailor projects to client needs, can interpret technical instructions in math or diagram from severable variables and adept at communicating 3-d sites in a 2-d format.
  • Licensure as a Professional Architect is preferred
