Sterling Jewelers, Inc. — Akron, OH. Hybris Architect. Design, develop, and implement our e-commerce solutions using the SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) platform. Lead technical direction and architecture for our projects, collaborating closely with product, business, and cross-functional teams to design innovative and scalable e-commerce solutions. This role entails creating overall design solutions and Hybris design documents utilizing best-in-class architecture principles. This role can be remote from anywhere in the U.S.

• Design, develop, and implement e-commerce solutions using SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris).
• Lead technical direction and architecture of projects, collaborating with product, business, and cross-functional teams to design scalable solutions.
• Create overall design solutions and Hybris design documents using best-in-class architecture principles.

• 3 years of experience as a Technology Lead, Software or Web Developer or related IT role.
• 3 years of management experience leading teams.
• 3 years of project management experience from gathering requirements through design, implementation, and post-deployment issue resolution.
• 3 years of Hybris Commerce experience, including developing applications using Hybris.
• 3 years of SAP Hybris technical support experience.
• Master's degree in Computer Science or related IT field; or Bachelor's degree with 5 years of progressive post-graduate experience as a Technology Lead, Software, or Web Developer or related IT role. In lieu of an MS degree, 5 years of progressive post-graduate experience as described.
• For MS degree, experience can be before, during, or after attainment of the degree. For BS degree, the 5 years post-graduate experience can be concurrent with the 36 months of specific experience.
• Remote work is available (role can be remote from anywhere in the U.S.).
