At Guzman y Gomez Mexican Kitchen, our mission has always been to reinvent fast-food. We're Australia's only fast-food restaurant to be 100% clean, meaning there are no added preservatives, artificial flavours, added colours or unacceptable additives in our food. We're incredibly proud of our amazing people, and the unique way we celebrate Mexican culture in everything we do.

Since we opened our first restaurant in 2006, we've been OBSESSED with food, bringing the energy of Mexican culture to Australians across the country during breakfast, lunch and dinner, committed to serving the freshest fast food with the best local ingredients.

Role

Cook is at the heart of the restaurant operations. You will be preparing fresh and delicious food, problem solving and weighing-in with expertise on vibrant Mexican flavours. You'll have the opportunity to utilise fresh ingredients to produce high standard products for our new and regular guests.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare fresh and delicious food as part of daily kitchen operations.
  • Problem solve and weigh in with expertise on vibrant Mexican flavours.
  • Utilise fresh ingredients to produce high standard products for guests.
Qualifications
  • Experience is helpful, but it's not everything.
  • Kitchen experience is great but not essential.
  • Open to coaching, eager to learn and ready to put in the effort.
  • 'Can do' attitude and can be relied upon.
