Overview

Oaks Darwin Elan Hotel are looking for an enthusiastic Casual Cook to join our friendly kitchen team.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook menu items to a high standard.
  • Assist with daily food prep.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised kitchen.
  • Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with the Head Chef and team to ensure smooth service.
Compensation
  • Hourly Award Rate:
  • Monday-Friday: $32.31
  • Saturday: $38.78
  • Sunday: $45.24
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as cook
  • Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods
  • Good communication skills
  • Positive, proactive attitude and a passion for cooking
  • Availability to work across a variety of shifts - including breakfast and dinner shifts
