Commercial and Transformation Manager

Jetstar is hiring for a Commercial and Transformation Manager within the Cabin Crew operations team. This role focuses on shaping the commercial strategy, supplier relationships, contracts for crew accommodation and transport, and cost-efficiency initiatives in a dynamic aviation environment.
Responsibilities- Shape how our Cabin Crew travel, rest, and work by driving commercial strategy and transformation.
- Drive financial analysis, cost-saving initiatives, and strategic contract management with global suppliers.
- 12-month contract in our Cabin Crew team based at our Head Office in Collingwood.
- Has experience negotiating and drafting contracts, with a strong understanding of commercial agreements.
- Brings a solid finance background and can confidently run analysis, prepare business cases, and manage approvals.
- Can build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation, including international and senior stakeholders.
- Is comfortable delivering tough messages while maintaining positive working relationships.
- Has worked in a numerically driven environment such as aviation, consulting, or finance.
- Is confident managing complex projects, including risk and change management.
- Knows their way around Excel, PowerPoint, and other tools to support analysis and reporting.
- Can juggle multiple priorities with clear thinking, autonomy, and a proactive mindset.
