About The Facility

Our major sites include University Hospital Geelong in Geelong's CBD, the McKellar Centre precinct in North Geelong, Barwon Health North in Norlane, and residential aged care facilities spanning the region. Comprehensive mental health, community health and dental services are delivered through various programs across the Barwon South West Region, including Torquay and Colac.

About The Role

We are seeking applications for a passionate, experienced Grade 2 Occupational Therapist to

• Optimise older people's independence and reduce burden of care within the context of Transitional Care Programs.
• Provide high quality occupational therapy and complex discharge planning services to older adults in the 32-bed transitional care residential program (TCP-R) at Alan David Lodge working with another Grade 2 OT and allied health assistants. Approximately 50% of clients are transitioned back home via the Transitional Care Home Base Team.
• Supervise junior staff and students.
