TCI Learning and Development Facilitator

About The Role

Drive engaging face-to-face inductions and accredited TCI training to support employee onboarding, development, and retention within our Child and Family Services teams.

Duties
  • Deliver face-to-face inductions and TCI training
  • Ensure training meets accreditation standards
  • Record and track training in the Learning Hub
  • Provide real-time feedback on candidate progression
Skills & Experience
  • Qualified TCI Trainer (mandatory)
  • Cert IV TAE (completed or studying)
  • Strong group facilitation and communication skills
  • Ability and willingness to travel within NSW for training
  • Skilled in feedback, problem solving, and continuous improvement
