Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager Operations located in Brisbane, QLD. The General Manager Operations will oversee daily operations, manage customer service functions, lead and develop teams, and ensure effective budgeting. The role involves strategic planning, process improvement, and maintaining high standards of operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Skills in General Management and Operations Management
  • Proficiency in Customer Service and Team Management
  • Experience in Budgeting and financial oversight
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field
  • Experience working with AI-based tools will be a benefit
  • Previous experience in the environmental or sustainability sector is a plus
