We are now investing heavily in our greenlife capability. As we continue to grow, we're seeking a Greenstock & Horticulture Lead to take ownership of our soft landscaping standards, procurement strategy, and long-term plant performance.

This is not your average greenstock role. You'll be leading the planning, specification, procurement, installation, and support of all greenlife across our projects.

From contract growing and nursery engagement through to on-site inspections and training, this role is critical to ensuring every tree, shrub, and turf we plant meets the standard our clients expect—and thrives long-term.

You'll work closely with Project Managers, Estimators, Maintenance Supervisors, and external suppliers to lift horticultural standards across the business and embed a culture that values quality living assets.

A strong understanding of horticulture and greenstock management

High attention to detail and a passion for doing things right

Confidence to liaise with nurseries, suppliers, and clients

Ability to train and guide site teams on installation best practice

Proactive mindset, strong communication, and a collaborative style

Cert III or higher in Horticulture or Arboriculture (Diploma desirable)

5+ years in commercial landscaping, soft works, or greenstock roles

Strong practical knowledge of Perth's soils, plants, and climate

Experience with greenstock specification, procurement, and installation

A senior role in a growing business, reporting directly to the MD
