Greenlife Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Horticulturalist to join our team as a Greenlife Specialist. The ideal candidate will have strong plant knowledge and practical horticultural experience, with a passion for delivering high-quality greenlife solutions.

This role offers a career-defining opportunity for someone who is hands-on, enthusiastic about plants, and wants to grow into a specialist role. You will work directly with the Managing Director, receive one-on-one mentoring, and play a visible role across departments.

Your responsibilities will include selecting and preparing greenstock, developing effective planting techniques, and ensuring optimal plant performance. As a key member of our team, you will conduct inspections, support quality control, and help elevate horticultural standards across departments.

The ideal candidate will possess a diploma in horticulture and have at least 1+ years of industry experience or equivalent qualifications. A driver's license (C class) and White Card are also required.
