About The Role

The Store Manager's primary role is leading and training the team, driving sales and wage control through stock rotation, and delivering a high level of customer service to ensure Spendless Shoes remains the friendliest shoe people in the world.

Your Attributes
  • Previous experience in a Retail/Hospitality or Sales industry
  • Leadership skills to mentor and develop your team
  • Stock management and merchandising experience
  • Understanding of sales budgets & KPIs
  • Knowledge of rosters, wage control & people performance
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to adapt
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Thrive in a fun, fast-paced work environment
  • Motivation to be successful; confident and passionate
  • Passion for fashion footwear
