The successful applicant will be energetic, outgoing, social and be willing to involve themselves in all aspects of a modern business. We are searching for someone that is motivated to learn, has a good work ethic and a strong sense of innovation. If you have aspirations to develop a broad range of expertise, 360 Partners is the place for you.

In terms of qualifications, the successful candidate will have completed an accounting or commerce degree to a high standard. Part of full completion of CA or CPA is also a requirement.

In terms of experience, the successful candidate will have somewhere between 4 to 7 years public practice experience in business services, tax and accounting advisory. Experience with SMSF compliance is not essential but looked upon favourably.

You will have excellent communication and computer skills (word, excel, outlook, Xero, MYOB, Quickbooks etc). Any other additional qualifications or expertise will be looked upon favorably (IT skills, sales or marketing etc.).

The Role

The successful candidatewill be exposed to a wide range of opportunities and experiences that are not present anywhere else in the marketplace.

You will be involved in:

Providing expert advice to clients including client group financial reporting, tax strategy, tax compliance and other special projects.

Outstanding client service and delivery of a professional experience,

Collaboration with other team members to identify opportunities for clients

Working with and enhancing advanced AI solutions as part of our QA and service delivery.

Business development including the provision of new services,

Direct client communication and impact,

Great opportunities for personal development through on and off-the-job training.

Our new 360 Navigator business advisory solution is a very innovative product and you will be involved in working with clients as we deploy it.
