Your role:


• Advise and Manage Clients: Lead client meetings and offer strategic advice.


• Tax Planning & Structuring: Develop tax strategies to optimize client outcomes.


• Management Reporting: Ensure accurate and insightful financial reporting.


• Review Workpapers: Analyze client data with precision and attention to detail.


• Prepare Financial Statements: Handle accounts, tax returns, and business activity statements.


• Mentor Team Members: Guide and support junior accountants.


• Conduct Research: Prepare technical position papers and provide training on technical matters.

What we are looking for:


• Experience: Minimum 3 years of Australian tax and accounting experience in an Australian Public Practice.


• Skills: Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills (both verbal and written).


• Client Focus: Excellent customer service with a deep understanding of client needs.


• Professionalism: A team player committed to the highest standards of honesty and work ethics.


• Continuous Learner: A hunger for knowledge and a willingness to learn.


• Qualifications: Preferably CA or CPA.


• Tech-Savvy: Advanced software skills are advantageous eg: Xero, XPM, etc.
