SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

  • Join our team as aCrane & Rigging Supervisorfor our Maintenance and Shutdown division across various sites across the Pilbara on a 2x1 Roster FIFO from Perth

    As a Crane & Rigging Supervisor, you will be at the forefront of lifting operations. The primary role of the Supervisor will be to oversee and prepare for the lifting of heavy items in accordance with local regulations and in a safe and efficient manner.

    Mammoet is seeking an experinced Supervisor to service multiple clients and sites such as FMG, Roy Hill and Rio Tinto who is willing to take ownership of their team. You will ultimately be accountable for ensuring a high standard of delivery and safety to our Clients and employees.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Execute and oversee mobilizing and demobilizing of equipment and personnel

  • Lead a team with a range of different roles and skills

  • Provide direction and expert knowledge

  • Supervision of the job progress

  • Ensuring all work is carried out safely and effectively

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • 2 years Supervising experience in crane and rigging operations within a mining industry

  • Current and valid Australian Driver's License

  • Section 44 Certificate or equivalent Schedule 26

  • Experience as an Open Crane Operator

  • Excellent Communication Skills

  • To be a local resident in Perth, Western Australia
