As the Sales Executive - Equipment, You will develop and execute strategic sales plans to identify and pursue new business opportunities while nurturing relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Your responsibilities include conducting product presentations, negotiations, and collaboration with internal teams to meet sales targets and promote the growth of our business. With a focus on delivering value and exceeding customer expectations, you will play a crucial role in driving the success and expansion of our Sign, Display and Digital division.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and expand market share in the Victoria, Tasmania & South Australia.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship-building.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations with key stakeholders to drive sales and secure contracts.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, customer service, and technical support, to ensure seamless customer experiences and satisfaction.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify growth opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to track performance and support decision-making processes.

To thrive in this role, you will have:

• Proven minimum 5 years of experience and/or qualifications in sales.
• Strong sales acumen with excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing effective solutions.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Relevant experience in and thorough understanding of the Print Industry & market.
