About the Opportunity
This is not just another Centre Manager role — this is a rare chance to create something great from day one.

We're searching for an experienced and passionate leader in the Northern Suburbs of Melbourne manage and help develop a brand-new, purpose-built early childhood education service opening soon. With 160 licensed places, the centre will offer a nurturing, family-first environment with a strong focus on quality and team culture.

As the Centre Manager, you'll be supported directly by the owner, who has decades of sector experience. Together, you'll shape the service, build the entire leadership and educator team, and create a centre that reflects your shared values and vision.

Who We're Looking For:
A Diploma (or higher) qualified leader in early childhood education
Someone with strong people leadership and mentoring experience
A warm, open communicator who leads by example
Someone reflective, adaptable, and committed to ongoing growth
Experience managing compliance, enrolments, and team development
Above all, a passion for building something special

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, lead, and support your team across all rooms

• Build strong, trusting relationships with families and staff

• Manage day-to-day operations, compliance, and enrolments

• Collaborate with ownership to drive occupancy and team culture

• Uphold NQF, EYLF/VEYLDF, and Child Safe standards

• Be present
